We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Wealth Services Associate.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Oversee end-to-end investment operations perform by offshore(s) including data maintenance, regulatory / external reporting and reconciliation
- Monitor related internal control procedures, devise and design operation workflow to fulfil Business requirements and Market changes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in re-engineering initiatives to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist in exceptional / error cases handling involving case reporting, remediation, root cause identification and improvement
- Participate in product & system development projects and coordinate related user acceptance tests
- Manage and update authorized signatories of bank accounts of subsidiaries, perform regular review in accordance with the established procedures
- Extract and prepare necessary figures from core systems for various reporting
- Handle customer / branch / external enquiries
To be successful you will need
- University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
- Experience in banking industry, with sound knowledge of investment products / systems and relevant regulations preferred
- Strong self-motivation, attentiveness to details, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of application software such as MS Excel / Access preferred
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
- Great sense of ownership, servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes and ability to exercise sound judgment in decision making practices
