We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Analyst - Real Estate, Hong Kong.

Principal Responsibilities 

In this role you will

The Analyst, Real Estate (HK) will support the Head of Real Estate (HK) and the asset management team to manage the existing Hong Kong portfolio. This is a “hands on” role with active engagement with the current portfolio, suitable for those looking to develop a career in real estate investment.

  • Support the operations and asset management of the firm's HK real estate investment portfolio. 
  • Support senior colleagues by maintaining financial models
  • Coordinating work with property managers, leasing agents and external service providers
  • Support investor and internal reporting requirements
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • Relevant real estate industry experiences including leasing and asset management in the Hong Kong market
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong personal character traits
  • Tertiary Educated with Degree(s) in a relevant discipline
