We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Analyst - Real Estate, Hong Kong.

Principal Responsibilities 

The Analyst, Real Estate (HK) will provide analysis to support the firm’s real estate strategy in HK. This person will support the Head of Real Estate (HK) with a primary purpose of conducting analysis related to asset management of the existing Hong Kong portfolio and potential new acquisitions. This is a “hands on” role with active engagement with the current portfolio, suitable for those looking to develop a career in real estate investment.

  • Support the development and asset management of the firm's HK real estate investment portfolio
  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the firm's platform capabilities (policies, procedures, protocols etc.) in real estate investment management
  • Support senior colleagues by conducting financial analysis on existing investments and execution of real estate investments and divestments
  • Support investor and internal reporting requirements 
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant real estate investment and real estate industry experience
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong personal character traits
  • Tertiary Educated with Degree(s) in a relevant discipline
