The Opportunity: | |
• 负责在呼入和/或呼出客户服务中心环境下,带领,教导,鼓励和发展团队服务于不同汇丰产品与客户群体; • 通过有效的行动和致力于提供最高级别的客户服务,完成量质并重的绩效表现,保证其符合于业务方针和法规要求; • 对团队表现负责,致力传递优质服务标准同时保持所有服务和业务指标达标; • 了解所在团队的业务报告及指数,能够将其转化成团队绩效计划; • 能对工作有计划和分序 | |
