We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Manager

Business: COO IT 

Principal responsibilities 

• Support the Tech China center head and COO to formulate the strategy and drive investment to facilitate the center growth in alignment with GCIO/HDC/HTC’s initiatives
• Oversee all activities associated with the program to ensure the program achieves its goals.
• Build partnership with local leadership team and global business functions to foster collaboration and work towards a common goal
• Measure and monitor key performance metrics to track the progress
• Identify and managing program adherence to standards and governance to ensure compliance and quality
• Report on program performance to HDC/HTC ExCo, provide regular updates and insights.

Requisitos

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications 

• 10+ years of business process improvement experience, with strong project driven skill with leading large projects/programs in complex environments with swift actions
• Ability to think strategically and focus on an organization’s long-term goals
• Proven senior leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to deliver outcomes through others.
• Ability to break down complex inputs from senior leaders into actionable insights
• Skilled in partner management, change management, and conflict resolution to find alignment in a matrix organization. 
• Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening) in English and Mandarin. Cantonese is preferred.
