We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior UX Manager.

Principal Responsibilities  

  • Oversee quality of design solutions as they related to UI Design
  • Elevate and strengthen UI Design as a practice
  • Prioritise and coordinate design deliverables by developing a solid understanding of business needs and customer needs
  • Effectively support more junior UI designers, oversee day to day operations and efficiency improvements
  • Responsible for design team management including mentoring, performance development and recruitment
  • Collaborate with the UX, User Research and CX team alongside Product and Technology to understand user needs, identify design opportunities and create meaningful product experiences
  • Drive a human centered design approach that spans all phases of design development and delivery
  • Leverage HSBC’s UI component library to design and deliver on standard
  • Play a role in the creation and evolution of HSBC’s design system 
Requisitos
