We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior UX Manager.
Principal Responsibilities
- Oversee quality of design solutions as they related to UI Design
- Elevate and strengthen UI Design as a practice
- Prioritise and coordinate design deliverables by developing a solid understanding of business needs and customer needs
- Effectively support more junior UI designers, oversee day to day operations and efficiency improvements
- Responsible for design team management including mentoring, performance development and recruitment
- Collaborate with the UX, User Research and CX team alongside Product and Technology to understand user needs, identify design opportunities and create meaningful product experiences
- Drive a human centered design approach that spans all phases of design development and delivery
- Leverage HSBC’s UI component library to design and deliver on standard
- Play a role in the creation and evolution of HSBC’s design system
Requirements
- Experience in UI and Digital Design
- Line management experience, supporting and developing others
- Team management, Mentorship and coaching
- Strong Interpersonal skills
