We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Settlement Officer.

Principal Responsibilities

  • To receive and validate incoming instructions and arrange to send to SEC for processing
  • To handle enquires from Front Office regarding settlement / corporate action events
  • To follow up settlement / operation actions issues with AEs / SEC
  • To handle physical scrip deposit / withdrawal
  • To handle IPO / Placement / Sub-underwriting
  • To perform administration duties of the department
  • To coordinate with SEC on issues arising from daily operations
  • To assist Cash Management and Settlement Manager in implementing company policies and procedures
  • To handle routine and ad-hoc projects
Requisitos
  • Degree holder, with 2 to 5 years working experience in Bank, preferably in Retail Banking and Wealth Management / Brokerage business
  • Strong knowledge of products and process in Retail Banking and Wealth Management, in particular securities, futures & options related
  • Good understanding of the Functional Instruction Manual, and other external and internal policy related to Retail Banking and Wealth Management / Brokerage business
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
