We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Banking Associate. 

Principal Responsibilities 
  • Perform assessment of credit evaluations for retail banking products and services within regional / local credit guidelines. 
  • Provide an excellent customer experience to all our internal and external customers. 
  • Support to achieve the stipulated Service level Agreements and maintain high standard quality.
  • Meet agreed performance objectives and contribute effectively towards the team's performance.
  • Supporting for User Acceptance testing
  • Technical Capabilities Required of GWIS/HUB/ e-Champs/ Green screen.    
  • Conduct income verification, loading of approved limits on system and generate customer communications. 
  • Provide oversight and guidance to offshore processing units and support with UWS operational activities.
Requirements 
  • Applicable for Sri Lankan nationals only. 
  • Ability to manage time efficiently to meet demanding stakeholder expectations.
  • Good communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • A positive attitude and be able to work independently under pressure.
  • Ability to be flexible, manage business priorities in a dynamic working environment.
  • A proven track record of learning fast and being a great team player.
