We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Analyst, Relationship Manager, Banking.

Role Purpose

The Job holder’s key accountability is to plan and deliver increased revenues from developing and managing relationships with MNC clients. In addition, the jobholder is responsible for managing a portfolio with credit requirements, which include assessing credit risk, structuring loans and ensuring compliance with credit policies.  The portfolio consists of valued and sophisticated Banking-designated names, ensuring the highest level of capability and service, to contribute to the Bank’s overall profitability - maximizing revenue from the existing client base, while identifying new business opportunities and portfolio growth potentials amidst a competitive and highly regulated environment. The RM is tasked with developing and implementing a relationship strategy, in line with local operating plan but cognizant of the Group’s global strategy for each client, the Group’s strict credit standards and risk-reward appetite/profile. Whilst assisted by credit executives, ultimate responsibility for the quality and timeliness of credit remains with the RM.

  • Achieve the department’s financial targets and contribute to the Banks’ overall profitability.

  • Maintain strong local business relationships that contribute to the overall global relationship and provide high quality customer service at all times

Operational Effectiveness & Control

  • Safeguard the Banks’ interest and minimize operational & credit risk.
  • Improve profile of MNL in the local banking and business community.

Leadership & Teamwork

  • Effectively manage staff, maximizing their effectiveness and contribute to their development.
Postulación

Experience, Skills and Qualifications  

  • Proven relationship management experience
  • Analytical ability to facilitate the structuring of credits and take the lead in securing credit approvals
  • Possess solid knowledge in banking products including across transaction banking including cash, trade, and foreign exchange
  • Strong customer orientation with inclination towards building relationships 
  • Personal drive and initiative to take on and efficiently handle significant work volumes under pressure 
  • Dynamic and forward thinking with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
