We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our department as Assistant Data Analytics and CRM Manager.

Principal responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business, perform customer analysis, design customer journey and develop innovative analytics solutions to support strategic initiatives.
  • Keen to take initiatives to translate business problems into analytics-led solutions with appropriate methodology, manage the business application effectively and evaluate the results rigorously. 
  • Explore the data and conduct quantitative analysis to ascertain root cause of business' issues, identifies opportunities and effective targeting for business growth potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into business processes and decision-making. 
  • Design and develop dashboards and reporting tools for performance monitoring.
  • Ensure timely and quality analytics deliverables to satisfy business needs effectively under the dynamic business environment.
  • Contribute to team development, effectiveness and success by sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with others to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment.
Requisitos

Requirements:

  • University degree in in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in data analytics, preferably with strong knowledge of wealth products in banking industry.  
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. SQL / Big Query, Python) and visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Qlik Sense). 
  • Strong problem-solving skill, with the ability to analyses complex data, identify core issues and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to communicate with impact, with the capacity to ensure complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to a wide and varied audience.
  • Customer-centric oriented, with good interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Passionate and willingness of continue learning.
  • Self-motivated professional with great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery.
