Our index series includes the Hang Seng Index, the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index and the Hang Seng TECH Index, as well as Stock Connect, Greater Bay Area and sector-related indexes. As at the end of 2020, assets under management in products passively tracking indexes in the Hang Seng Family of Indexes had reached a total of about US$38 billion

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Finance Manager.

Principal responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the day-to-day function of the billing team to ensure the accuracy of invoicing;

• Handle the billing enquiries from customer and internal department;

• Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes;

• Handle various payments of operating expenses from different teams;

• Responsible for month-end closing;

• Assist in enhancing billing system and conduct UAT;

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports;

• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

• University degree holder; Higher Diploma or Associate Degree Gradudate with relevant working experience will also be considered.

• Resilient, customer centric and curious in managing business information;

• Creative, well connected with stakeholders and capable to drive change and transformation through people;

• Good knowledge of application software including MS Excel

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese

• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
