We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Assistant Manager, ATM Reconciliations.
THE JOB:
The jobholder is tasked to manage the end-to-end reconciliation for all ATM-related GL accounts managed by GCOO and IWPB. This includes monitoring and review of all relevant reports, including but not limited to Replenishment/MFM, ATM electronic tape and other-related data.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs daily monitoring and review of all reports from Third-Party Vendor.
- Updates the consolidated ATM reconciliation file and performs daily balancing of all ATM-related GL accounts
- Checks and attests that inputs are complete and accurate on a daily basis
- Passes ATM-related entries based on the report submitted by the third-party service provider.
- Sends the daily consolidated reconciliation summary to COO (or delegate), CFO (or delegate) and Distribution Head, including breaks/exceptions if there’s any.
- Reports breaks/issues within the day and agree on the required actions to remediate
- Conducts investigation for any known break and liaises with third-party vendor for supporting documents, clarifications, and the like.
- Update the consolidated reconciliation file should there be new ATM deployments/new GL accounts
- Handles queries pertaining to ATM-account balances.
- Work with branches, vendor manager, and/or ATM Centre in cases of ATM-related complaints which may result to ledger and statement variance
- Performs timely review and attestation in Cadency on a monthly basis.
- Strictly adheres with bank guidelines and assists in updating of ATM-related procedure manual and regularly participate in team meetings to discuss identified issues.
- Manage operational risk, including timely escalation of any incident relating to ATM, if any
- Safeguard the Bank’s interest at all times by strictly adhering to internal and external audit recommendations, as well as BSP and relevant government regulations
- Performs other duties as may be required from time to time.

- Knowledgeable in banking services
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable on risks concerning ATM operations and vendor management
- Background on branch operations
- Decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
