We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, International Proposition.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Drive the effective roll out of new business initiatives such as marketing campaign, cross border collaboration, ensuring all initiatives and execution are in full compliance with Legal and Regulatory requirements
  • Improve NRC customer experience through revamp of customer engagement journeys through process improvement, service enhancements, digitization and automation initiatives
  • Achieve COP and FRP target by delivering all strategic CLCM initiatives according to plan with strong customer centricity at heart
  • Liaise and work in collaboration with various key stakeholders including Propositions, Marketing, Risk, Legal and Compliance, Expat team, and other corridor representatives to ensure business growth is delivered in line with the Group strategic direction
  • Conduct comprehensive competitor landscape and deep understand NRC customer need through customer survey or interview
  • Collaborate with marketing team to build thought leadership for NRC customers
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • Experience in retail banking with experience in the financial or banking sector
  • University degree or relevant post graduate qualification
  • Strong business acumen with advanced strategic planning and project management skills and a hands-on approach to drive improvement and resolve problems
  • Experience in addressing the needs of internationally mobile high net worth clients (includes non-resident Chinese and expats) and their banking and wealth needs preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders across businesses and functions with ability to influence senior teams
  • Prior experience working with or in foreign markets advantageous
  • Language skills preferred: English and Chinese (Mandarin)
