We are now inviting an experienced software development professional to join our Information Technology function.

The Opportunity: 

The candidate we are looking for will be responsible for stakeholder management, portfolio delivery tracking, capability plan management, thematic portfolio reviews and portfolio delivery.

What you’ll do:

•    CIO Metrics (Supporting CIO/CTO/Engineering Head for CIO Metrics): Monitoring / improving / reporting of CIO metrics such as Agile TOM % target following Agile methodology, Engineering Productivity, Orchestration target, Location strategy (with 3iab), Application demise, impairment of application, Capabilities/Features reporting.
•    Governed Portfolio management: Work with Portfolio Financial team, VS Leads and business partners to gather explanation, forecasts, run-rate, issues, relating to the governed portfolios.
•    Ability to handle with complex customer charges and proactively partner with senior stakeholders for solutions.
•    Tracks and reports infrastructure cost and establishes mechanism/metric to identify unexpected cost and manage expenses/reversals.
•    Drive the collaboration between the VS / SVS Leads to improve agile maturity and delivery practice of the VS / SVS.
•    Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure the portfolio is reported accurately and with insight, to ensure appropriate management action.
•    Accountable for maintenance of the VSIP Framework (HR Node & Cost Centre Structure), working with the relevant functions.
•    Accountable for the VSIP and allocated budget by Governed Portfolio working with relevant functions and stakeholders.
•    Highlight actions or discussion required to align tech and business.
•    Strategic awareness: Aware of transformation actions, location strategy, efficiency targets or other VSIP or delivery impacts.
•    Responsible for stakeholder management, portfolio delivery tracking, capability plan management, thematic portfolio reviews and portfolio delivery.
•    Provide guidance to the Portfolio / Programme / Project Manager in defining required scope, quality, cost, and effort.
•    Ability to work in a fast-pace dynamic environment to deliver high quality results under tight schedule and high pressure.
•    Collaborate with Regions/account leads/PMO and facilitate funding arrangements.
•    Build report and ways or working with Transformation/Business counterparts.

Requisitos

•    Ability to distil complex and varied data into meaningful information; good process analysis and problem solving skills.
•    Attention to detail and ability to ensure that information is captured in a timely manner.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
•    Excellent portfolio management ability. 

 

What additional skills will be good to have?

•    Graduate / Master’s degree with proven total experience of (15-18 years) in regional or functional Portfolio / Programme / Project Management (>5 years). 
•    Previous background of working in a matrix organization structure; ability to persuade individuals at different levels.
•    Evidence of delivery in a similar role within a global organization.
•    Strong financial acumen and comfort with numbers.
