In this role you will:

  • Establish a holistic understanding of client needs and deliver innovative high value solutions across all product lines, gaining significant business and sustainable returns
  • Develop, maintain, and generate revenue, ensuring proper focus is given to monitoring credit exposure and provision of traditional Banking Services
  • Increase global flow of product penetration (e.g., cash and liquidity management) within client portfolio
  • Work with relevant product partners to identify, market, and execute debt and equity capital markets solutions, market risk solutions, structured finance solutions, and provide corporate finance and acquisition advice
  • Manage and oversee Nostro and Vostro relationships, ensuring all necessary approvals and customer due-diligence documentation is complete and recorded
  • Actively seek to enhance relationship returns from both existing and prospective clients

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • University Degree and at least eight years of experience in the Financial Services Industry
  • Experience in debt and equity capital markets origination, including syndicated loans, bonds, medium term notes, private placements, initial and secondary public offerings, asset backed securities, Global Markets products including foreign exchange, rates and derivatives, and investment management
  • Familiarity with insurance rating agency methodology, as well as insurance accounting and regulations, and strong risk/return judgment with respect to deployment of risk capital
  • Deep knowledge across all areas of credit and lending, with particular experience in credit origination and loan documentation, including syndicated loans
  • Strong financial background with a comprehensive understanding of contingent financing, securitization, financial reinsurance, hedging, debt/equity capital markets, derivative products, and asset management
