The Opportunity:
To provide consulting services, project management and production support to business in operations, systems and procedures, maximise the operational efficiency and meet regulatory requirements.
To identify areas of improvement, implement ongoing changes in system and procedures within the business.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Director Software Engineering.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and accountable for the end-to-end project delivery of HASE CMB credit & lending and Power Platform relevant initiatives
- Closely collaborate and communicate with internal customers and stakeholders in HASE, and understand their needs.
- Collaborate with other HASE IT teams for any cross teams projects or tasks.
- Proactively engage with group IT domains engineering / architect teams to capture the latest solution/standard.
- Drive the service improvement, with agile and continuous improvement strategy.
Requisitos
- 10 years + technical leader experience in leading the end-to-end delivery in credit & lending and workflow solutions
- Solid knowledge of development methodologies specifically Agile/Scrum experience.
- Require solid application development experiences on Microsoft Power Platform, Dyanmic365 and Azure Cloud
- Exposure on GCP, AWS is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
- Strong team spirit, quality oriented and attentive to details.
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
What additional skills will be good to have?
- Working in a global team with different cultures.
- Experience in leading GCP and AWS projects
- Exposure on banking industry data analytics projects is an advantage.
