In this role, you will:

• Need to possess very good technical acumen (hands-on) related to and not limited to Java/J2EE/SpringBoot API/Mongo

• Ability to perform low level design based on the solutions and also drafting a few pseudos-code where applicable

• Ensure design caters to all futuristic needs in terms of technology / scalability / robust and performance aspects.

• Need to be able to drive the pods technically towards a secured coding pattern

• Possess the ability to be able to handle changes in the requirement in an agile environment.

• Should be considering all aspects of Alerting / recovery and monitoring in the low-level design

• Ensure code reviews are accurate and able to exhibit artefacts when challenged

• Act as a subject matter expert for junior members of the team.

• Possess firm and unbiased communication skills

• Can challenge any solutions in related forums and provide with better/proven alternatives.

• Documents and demonstrates end to end design by creating high- and low-level design

• Should be willing to go hands-on frequently and showcase best coding standards to the pods

• Effectively co-ordinate delivery of services involving elements delivered by other internal/external teams.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 10-15 years of hands on experience on Java, Mongo and Spring Boot technology.

• Hands on Delivery experience across technologies like UI and Mainframes PODs.

• Leading Development and Design of medium to large projects

• Proven track record of delivering complex programs

• Driving teams towards futuristic technologies

• Have experience in working on Agile ways.

• Demonstrate experience in working under tight deadlines.

• Demonstrate handling production issues towards quick resolutions or workarounds

• Ensuring learning culture s nurtured within teams

• Ability to manage globally distributed, multi-site teams and delegate work

• Proven experience in managing technical team.

• Knowledge on Mongo processing and GCP technology must.

• Should have good knowledge of Payment tracking, Swift Payments tracking.  

• Domain knowledge on Corporate Payments. 

• Experience in ITSO Activities like patching, DR activity, vulnerability management.

• BE or MCA or equivalent Degree.
