We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Impact on the Business/Function
· Explore relationships to develop third party partnerships and sales activities for leads acquisition and thus contribute to the achievement of HP/Advance customer growth.
· Plan and monitor sales activities and leads acquisition against performance targets, analyses resource requirements, propose and implement measures to increase productivity and profitability up to target.
· Implement initiatives in channel development, and planning, preparation and organization of sales activities so as to ensure the high quality and cost effectiveness of leads acquisition.
· Implement RBWM plan including channel structure, sales goals, manage the channel cost to income ration in alignment with group direction.
· Manage the channel cost and expenses, ensure strong relationship with all business partners.
· Contribute to developing business strategy through cost control income generating ideas.
· Assist Senior CDM to ensure the achievement of HP/Advance customer acquisition strategic and operating objectives, including annual sales targets and business profitability.
Maintain sales quality ratio within prescribed levels.

Leadership & Teamwork
· Foster a close working relationship with branch network and other sales teams, business and functional departments to maximize business opportunities for the Bank.

· Maintain compliant with external regulation
· Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy
· Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring
· Maintain a robust control environment to ensure conformance with internal standards, policies and procedures, effective management of risks, and legal and regulatory compliance.
· Maintenance of highest standards of risk management, control and compliance.
- Ensure Audit recommendations are implemented, conduct spot checks and follow ups.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Proven ability in mobile sales / channel developing and maintaining
Current product/market knowledge
Excellent customer service skills
Managerial experience
At least 3 years’ experience in supervisory role of sales function
Excellent interpersonal, leadship and motivation skills
Strong sales and organization ability and problem solving skills
Result driven and able to work under pressure
- Good spoken and written English
