We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Business Support Assistant Manager, Real Estate Services.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Set up Real Estate Services (RES) Team and Projects Meetings, organize the meeting agenda and presentation decks and follow up with respective party responsible in providing updates discussed and are being timely actioned
- Co-ordinate inputs and updates from respective Workstreams for reporting and submission to ASP and Market forums
- Prepares Management Information (MI)
- Ensures RES and Workstreams team members provide confirmation on mandatory compliance and reported in the respective reporting tool / SharePoint
- Represents RES in the Governance Record Management Meetings and as administrator of the RES Record Management System by ensuring accesses adequately provided to relevant RES members
- Manages and ensures timely receipt of invoices from suppliers and prepare journals for payments processing
- Raise Purchase Orders for approved Real Estate Services costs and boundary changes from WPB and ensures that they correspond with the actual billings
- Sets up relevant types of payments i.e. Bankers’ Guarantees, Cashiers’ Orders, Standing Instructions, Giro as rental, utility, license, building authority fees etc

- Detail oriented and strong organisational and administrative skills
- Possess personal drive and motivation
- Ability to make recommendations based on both subjective and objective information
- Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively
- Ability to recognize when escalation is required to senior members of the team
