We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Cashier II. 

Principal Responsibilities

  • To demonstrate the ability to be efficient and effective with time
  • To supervise the activities of the cash section and to monitor the balancing of cash total
  • To establish good rapport and relationship with customers, handle their requests and enquiries skilfully
  • To take personal accountability for decisions, actions, and risk mitigation, solving customers’ problems
  • To address customers’ dissatisfaction and provide alternatives or solutions in accordance with Customer Response Handling Guideline
  • To provide support to Customer Service Manager as and when required
  • To perform other branch operational duties as assigned after banking hours
  • To assist other team members to accomplish their works and keep the team on track
  • To be the dual controller of cash in the branch and to open and lock up the safe
  • To supervise, count, sort and prepare cash which are to be delivered to and from Main Treasury and to monitor and estimate branch cash supply
Requisitos
  • University graduate or Associate degree / Higher diploma / HKCEE / HKDSE holders with passes in Chinese, English, Mathematics
  • Retail banking experience, with knowledge of general banking products and branch support experience
  • Possess solid banking experience in cash handling and branch operations
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Attentive to detail and strong problem solving skills
  • Adequate customer service orientation and experience
  • Good understanding of branch operations, policies, procedures, practices, rules and sales compliance requirements
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
