We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Change Agent. 

Principal Responsibilities

The GPB&W business has embarked on a journey to design, build and roll-out world-class digital solutions, which complement our existing people and digital capabilities, as we look to provide our clients with a frictionless customer journeys across multiple channels and markets. The transformation team is partnering with our business to aggressively expand our modernize and converge the estate across GPB and WPB, expand digital offerings, and deliver against our strategic objectives, by executing in a highly agile manner where we actively embrace cross-functional and collaborative working.  

As a Change Agent, the candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with the GPB & WPB business and delivery partners to take initiatives from initiation through to final implementation. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for collaborating across multiple teams to deliver end-to-end value to customers: shape, deliver and embed
  • Support business requirement gathering and analysis, key delivery activities and help in problem solving
  • Articulate or translate complex information in a clear, meaningful and structured way to suit the audience
  • Lead the creation of business epics aligned with defined features
  • Converts business requirements & customer needs into user stories with robust acceptance criteria
  • Responsible for on-going execution of business analysis activities to support value delivery, including; Customer Journey Mapping, End-to-End Testing, Process Engineering, Change & Implementation
  • Collaborate across functions, teams and business lines to support dependency management and synergize business/ customer outcomes
  • Brings structure and order to undefined and large-scale problems, making them easier to address and solve
  • Understands the Group's priorities, competitors and competitive strategy to help drive strategically aligned solutions, considering aspects of risk or reward
  • Participant in various governance forums, discuss, support and lead in presenting the key project progress, annual technology plan, risk, issues and escalations
  • Responsible for maintaining project documentation, project plan, funding status and other key information on tools like confluence, JIRA, clarity etc
Requisitos
  • Bachelor’s/ University degree holder with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Global Private Bank business and/or Wealth Management business, with deep understanding of a wide range of financial products (i.e. Equities, Funds, Structured Products, Alternative Investments etc.). Experience in Client Reporting and ESG initiatives preferred
  • Strong experience of managing and implementing complex changes in banking environments
  • Strong understanding of Global/ Digital/ Business Transformation and Agile methodologies and best practice techniques
  • Experience in applying principles of Design Thinking, Lean, Six Sigma methodologies including experience in facilitating workshop and working groups
  • Extensive experience in gathering business and technical requirements, with experience of leading/supporting business, operations and technology focused initiatives
  • Highly adaptable, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity, thrives in fast-moving and high-growth environments, bias towards action
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Strong analytical background, including being able to contextualize data into business activities and conclusions
  • Ability to think laterally and innovatively and find creative solutions, with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders based on a good understanding of their objectives and the services they require to meet those objectives
