We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Client Connectivity Delivery Optimisation Lead. The base location for this role is London.

In this role, you will transform Client Connectivity by embedding Agile ways of working, implementing our value stream operating model, and shaping a new global delivery framework that delivers best-in-class digital client experiences. This role will report to the Global Head of Client Connectivity Delivery and Performance.

In this role you will:

  • Shape and deliver the future-state operating model for Client Connectivity, aligning technology, governance, people and processes to Agile methodologies within a Value-stream construct, enabling digital & payment teams to deliver at pace.

  • Drive agile adoption and embed modern delivery practices across global teams, including product, change, technology, and operations.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders regionally and globally to influence, align, and implement Value Stream adoption and change at scale.

  • Build capability and ensure sustainable transformation through continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across Client Connectivity.

  • Establish KPIs and cost/benefit analysis to measure success of agile adoption and operating model transformation, using data to identify improvement opportunities, simplify complex challenges, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requisitos

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience as a transformation lead / Agile coach within a large-scale enterprise environment.

  • Experience in organizational design and transformation within a large-scale enterprise environment preferred.

  • Strong experience and deep SME knowledge of transaction banking products such as cross-border payments, commercial cards, domestic payments, liquidity and emerging next gen propositions such as embedded banking, connected banking, and fintech partnerships.

  • Expertise in operating models, including the design and optimisation of channels, products, operational functions, and core banking infrastructure.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile, strategy and operating model design within a financial institution, particularly focused on wholesale clients and transaction banking.

  • Ability to influence key stakeholders to help unlock self-organization, autonomy and creativity in the team.
