What you will do:
The role holder will provide best in class customer service while supporting HSBC Israel’s Banking customers and relationship managers. Also, ensuring that the services are provided in line with the relevant HSBC Group standards, regulations, and risk management.
In this role you will:
- Act as the frontline support, navigating internal resources to deliver accurate, timely service.
- Provide real-time technical support for HSBC Innovation Banking’s clients in a timely manner.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and an understanding of client priorities.
- Offer client advisory services to drive operational efficiencies, reduce errors, and promote self-service.
- Provide tailor services to client needs to achieve positive client satisfaction outcomes.
You should apply if you have:
- Professional fluency in English and Hebrew with experience in customer service roles.
- Demonstrated experience in ongoing client relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex issues clearly and professionally to both internal and external audiences.
- Collaborative mindset, working closely with Operations, Product, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless client service.
- Enthusiastic about delivering a high-quality client experience.
