Department: Wealth Personal Banking IT

In this role you will:

• Lead, mentor, and guide a development team specializing in mobile (Android – Kotlin or iOS - Swift) or Java based technologies.
• Provide guidance and code review to maintain high development standards.
• Architect and design the scalable and secure application.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tech challenges in development and production environment.
• Ensure robust testing, CI/CD pipelines and on time delivery.
• Oversee the development lifecycle from the concept to deployment.
• Ensure project are delivered on time meeting quality standards.
• Drive team alignment with organizational objectives and foster culture of innovation.
• Promote collaborative problem solving.
• Manage team performance, resolve conflicts, and promote professional growth.
• Engaging Multiple upstream and downstream team and working with them.
• Agile Practices facilitating scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate with Product owners to refine user stories and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Foster culture of continuous growth, improvement, and learning

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience in Mobile development (Android – Kotlin or iOS - Swift) or Java based technologies with minimum 2 yr. of team leading experience.
• Experience in Managing distribute team or global projects.
• Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in agile tools like JIRA Proficient in DevOps practices
• Excellent Problem Solving, communication and leadership skills.
• Implement and support emerging technologies to enhance system performance and user experience.
