Department- Enterprise Technology

 In this role, you will:

• Lead and oversee technical delivery, including requirement analysis, estimation, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
• Active participation in design workshops, code reviews, scrum of scrum meetings, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Facilitate Scrum meetings, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and escalate risks/issues to the release manager or technical product owner as and when identified.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement them using tools and scripts.
• Enhance development team efficiency by encouraging them to use AI tools (GITHub Copilot) and optimize delivery timelines.
• Mentor and guide developers and analysts, manage and allocate tasks effectively.
• Ensure the implementation of continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines within a DevOps product/service team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with IT controls, standards, and relevant service management practices.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and teams to lead technology delivery.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in a technical SME/lead role in software development.
• Strong expertise in Oracle/NoSQL/PLSQL databases, writing complex SQL statements and familiar with SQL optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, working experience on GCP platform, more particularly GCS, BigQuery.
• Thorough knowledge of SDLC processes (Agile, DevOps) and adherence to coding standards during development.
• Working knowledge on Linux/Unix commands; Java script/Python and batch scheduling tools like Control-M is a plus.
• Ability to lead agile PoD by doing effort estimation, task allocation, code reviews, UT/UIT and ensuring POD is following best practices and adhering to SDLC controls.
• Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, and Jenkins, and ability to work in agile ways of working
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, with experience in working with distributed business and IT teams across multiple geographical locations.
• Lead, motivate, mentor, and coach team members.
• Organize technical training sessions, mentoring programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Identify potential specialists within the team.
• Promote staff development through soft skills training, personal development plans, and performance management reviews.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Cloud Computing and Big Data technologies, along with a technical background in at least one programming language.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, and Regulatory Reporting.
• Experience with tools such as GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, and Jenkins.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritize competing demands and communicate effectively. High attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver change within an operational context.
• Effective leadership skills with the interpersonal capabilities required to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
• Solution-oriented mindset with high energy and drive.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships across global and regional business levels.
• Strong collaborative management skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
