In this role, you will:

 

As a member of Customer Acquisition team, to overall focus on acquisition performance from headquarter
perspective, framing acquisition review methodology and conducting reviews with different contents on regular
basis or adhoc as required.
• To set up different tracking methodology, further enhance acquisition source tracking especially for CDO NTB
source for better control and cost efficient analysis.
• To regular touch base with CD team and Branch team, for deepdive to different Region/Area business
momentum, leverage data analysis and local insights for driving continuous performance.
• To cooperate with CA team members for delivering different project outcomes. From frontline perspective, to
drive sales outcomes as well as enhancing project effectiveness.
• To work with Proposition team, for different schemes of acquisition and ETB marketing campaigns, e,g. MGM
acquisition campaign, ETB re-qualify. To embed frontline intelligence into mechanism delivery and drive ongoing
quarterly on quarter campaign effectiveness and frontline enablement.

Requisitos

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

 

Knowledge and experience
• Proven ability in mobile sales / channel developing and maintaining current product/market knowledge
• Managerial experience
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and motivation skills
• Strong organization ability and problem solving skills
• Result driven and able to work under pressure
• Good spoken and written English
2. Qualifications
Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market
Attain any internal standards as required by HBCN
