The Opportunity:

What you’ll do:

• Provide technical leadship in end to end delivery of Wholesales IT CBCC products or services.
• Manage CTB and RTB budgets allocations in HTC China for responsible products or services.
• ITSO acccountability of Wholesales IT CBCC products or services.
• Responsible of people management and develpment for HTC China team.
• Drive design and develop cloud native software systems that are resilient, secure, fast, easy to manage, and scalable in modern, dynamic environments such as public cloud.
• Responsible in adopting appropriate software architecture design and end to end software delivery life cycle.
• Contribute with analysis and solutions to fulfill business requirements.
• Optimize performance of complex systems.
• Create structured, testable, lightweight code in Java or any  programing language that suitable.
• Contribute in developong high performance delivery team to support product development.

• 18 years experience in Software delivery expriences with track reocrd of large scale IT projects mangement and teams management.
• Hands-on experience in building global software product from zero to one.
• Strong experience working on the backend of a technology product.
• You’re comfortable working in a team that deals with ambiguity and aggressive timelines.
• Sound knowledge on Java, Spring, Springboot, Hibernate / JPA, RESTful API, Database, cloud based application deployment and support.
• Experience in both waterfall and agile development practices and comfortable with working in the DevOps culture.
• A track record of forging strong relationships and building trusted partnerships through open dialogue and continuous delivery.
• Proven record of manage engineering team and deliverying complex cloud native products.
• Good command of written and verbal communication skills.

What additional skills will be good to have?

• Sound knowledge on FX & cross border payments.
• Exposure to the full stack, from frontend UI to the server side, business logic and database, and awareness of the leading technologies in each domain.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services and its core architectural components / utilities.
• Database management skills like scaling, performance management, capacity planning, etc., PostgreSQL.
