We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Lead, UK CMB Change Execution. 

You will play a leading role, collaborating closely with the Business and Technology to understand the broader change landscape, strategic goals and external influences and trends for their domain. You will mobilise teams to ensure the required business outcomes are achieved. You will be involved throughout the full change lifecycle and will be responsible for senior stakeholder management, connecting and shaping delivery plans, removing complex impediments, managing and mitigating risks, and building an effective and high performing team within a culture that aligns to HSBC values and principles.

In this role you will:

•    Lead the Business and Technology in the creation of interactive development plans, connecting multiple change initiatives and focusing on early delivery of value to customers and colleagues.
•    Ensure the skills and experience of change resources are used appropriately.
•    Demonstrate agility and remain connected to the leadership agenda. 
•    Lead the development of UK CMB Change Execution as a professional change function.
•    Manage and collaborate with a variety of business stakeholders.
•    Build and maintain trusted relationships with business leads so to understand strategic goals.
•    Manage and mitigate complex delivery risks and ensure the change delivery approach is appropriate. 

Requisitos

To be successful in this role you should have:

•    Experience of leading change delivery teams.
•    Understanding of change lifecycle.
•    Understanding of Corporate and Business financial service industry.
•    Exceptional ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise and accurate way.
•    Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring buy in and engagement.
•    Political awareness, strong facilitation and negotiation.
•    Experience of managing and collaborating with senior business stakeholders (Director level and above).
•    Attention to detail with the confidence to challenge inputs from a variety of stakeholders and seniorities.

This is a hybrid role based in key locations Birmingham, Sheffield, and Leeds.
