We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Digital Product Manager, under Personal & Premier Wealth Solutions, IWPB.

The GLB Digital Product Management team provides support and services to business stakeholders and clients on project-based requests, assignments, and assists in operationalization of Investment & Wealth Solutions vision and strategy. In that context the team is responsible for IWPB overall performance and operations delivery with an increased focus on creating continuous value to our customers and providing meaningful change.

What you’ll do:

  • Be responsible for omni-channel digital journeys for retail Wealth products & services such as trading, hybrid wealth, digital onboarding, investment portfolio features across HSBC wealth markets.
  • Create compelling and engaging digital experiences that leverage HSBC's global scale and distribution.
  • Collaborate with Business Product, Digital design, Architecture, Transformation and IT peers to align experiences across platforms, ensuring that features are executed in line with design principles, regulatory standards and customer experience objectives, but does not lose sight of profitability and productivity.
  • Lead in a range of product development and deployment activities including identifying opportunities and developing business cases, defining product requirements, engaging a wide range of functional experts to agree deployment approach, project execution, launch and post launch performance measurement and management.
  • Ensure all program/projects are adhered to banking practice, compliance and regulatory requirement.
  • Leverage usability testing, research and customer interviews to determine customer pain points and uncover feature opportunities, to help formulate digital product roadmap and make prioritization decisions.
  • Have a clear and strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, business value and digital technologies and defines a digital strategy that takes this into consideration.
Requisitos

What you will need to succeed in the role:

  • Solid digital product management experience.
  • Passionate about great digital experiences (especially in investments/New age digital products).
  • Knowledge and experience in Retail Wealth business (preferred).
  • Experience in a global or regional roles would be advantageous.
  • Customer obsessed - track record of putting the customer at the centre of every decision.
  • Strong commercial acumen - ability to utilizes data to support decision-making (and hold others to account to make data-driven decisions), takes ownership and delivers upon commitments.
  • A proven connector - ability to build relationships across matrixed organizations and influence outcomes, and deliver targets across diverse cultures.
  • Demonstrable experience with Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) and tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills - ability to take stakeholders on the journey to execute the digital vision.
  • Ability to multi-task and work or lead engagements across HSBC geographies.
  • Accountable - takes ownership of one's own decision and delivers upon commitments.
  • Energetic, positive, team player.
  • Proficient command of spoken and written English, while proficiency of other languages is an added advantage.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree is required or equivalent.

  • Comfortable working through ambiguity - ability to balance and respond to shifting or competing priorities.
  • Stakeholder Management and negotiation abilities to handle strong business expectations and able to provide win-win situation in challenging work scopes.
  • Strong adaptivity to embrace diverse working culture to build and sustain excellent relationship with team members, colleagues, and business stakeholders across Asia Pacific.
