We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

·        Have deep understanding about INBB strategy, target customer profile and INBB’s offers on products and services. Design sales model and implement based on opportunities identified to acquire customers, deepening relationships and serve customers with their needs.

·        Lead Learning and Development framework: set up comprehensive / standardize Insurance Leaning & Development framework, directly linked to Activity Management, including training, coaching and upskilling of sales staff. Establish professional L&D capabilities.

·        Lead Reward and Recognition Framework: establish a globally consistent Rewards and Recognition Framework

·        Operational effectiveness and Control: ensure IWPB and Global Insurance functional policies and standards are in place in all areas of distribution network. Work with second line of defends and other key functions such as Risk, Compliance, Finance and HR to ensure alignment of polices and plans necessary to deliver requirements

·        Ensure Efficiency and Budget Management: at each area of the remit, ensure optimal allocation of resources, track expenditures properly. Monitor the effectiveness of strategy implementation and adjust accordingly when necessary

·        Ensure detailed, accurate working records are properly documented, and can be easily accessed by authorized staff.

·        Contribute to team development, effectiveness and success by sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with others to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment.

·        Support achievement of the HSBC vision, Values, goals and culture in personal behavior, actions and decision making.

Requisitos

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·        At least 10+ years’ experience in the financial / insurance / investment sector

·        Regional exposure and previous experience with multi geography team management in China

·        Strong leadership and communication skills

·        Able to co-opt stakeholders and manage distribution demands

·        Strong leadership quality in managing multiple variation in team members job scope and seniority profile

·        Able to work effectively under pressure with tight timeline

·        Excellent command of Chinese and English
