In this role, you will:

• This role being individual contributor, in this role you will be working on Tango / SmartVista EFT Switch Testing, Implementation and L2 Production Support.
•  As an EFT Switch SME, you will contribute to the design, implementation, testing, support and maintenance of our Switch systems
• Responsible for Testing and Analyzing Bi-Annual Schemes (Visa, MasterCard) mandates and releases, managing all the testing phases like Functional, Regression, E2E Testing and Certification testing with Schemes
• Coordinating with different teams both internal and external and proactively identify any risks and highlighting same in the right forums
• To plan and remediate infrastructure from vulnerabilities/ violation by implementing right level security patches in coordination with DevOps team on regular basis
• To provide support and maintenance for production live service
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operations of the ATM switch systems
• Stay up-to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ATM Switch technology and financial services.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation on SharePoint/ Confluence.
• Responsible for defect management with respect to the Functional testing
• To provide testing support to downstream systems
• Responsible for adherence to relevant organizational processes
• Identify potential risks and suggest mitigation plan

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• More than 8 years of experience in Tango / SmartVista / Base24 EFT Switch in testing, implementation and Production support
• Strong understating of EFT Switch technologies, Debit Card processing, ISO8583 message protocol and transaction processing. 
•  Expert in Schemes like Visa, MasterCard, VocaLink message specifications and processing
• Strong knowledge on ATM / POS Magstripe , EMV and Token transactions processing.
• Knowledge of automation testing tool VersaTest and Schemes test simulators VTS and MAS.
• Proficiency in working with Oracle database and basic SQL queries.
• Proficiency working on Linux Platform and basic knowledge of Linux commands, shell, bash script. 
• Familiarity with security standards and practices in the financial industry
•  Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in team and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvements in ATM Switch systems. 
• Relevant certifications on ATM Switch technology and software development are a plus.
