In this role you will:
- Provide accurate and timeous guidance to clients.
- Liaise with the South African Reserve Bank on behalf of our clients by drafting and submitting applications.
- Keep our client’s and Relationship Managers updated on progress made with regards to the submitted applications.
- Provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders and clients on exchange control requirements and policy.
- Maintain a strong relationship between HSBC and the Financial Surveillance department of the South African Reserve Bank.
You should apply if you have:
- Substantial knowledge of Exchange Control and Reporting requirements
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Mature interpersonal skills and ability to add value.
- Problem Solving Skills
- Strong verbal and business writing skills.
- Basic Microsoft skills, i.e. Excel, Word and Power Point
