The Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme is referred to as the Mandatory Provident Fund(MPF) is a retirement protection policy implemented by the Hong Kong government on December 1, 2000 to help employees prepare for retirement savings in advance. Both employers and employees contribute to the establishment of a fund for retirement. The core responsibility of MPF process is organise, lead and motivate the staff in Pensions Operations to provide best in class service/support to HSBC group Pension Admin Premium Account customers and comply with HK MPFA policy.

 

The Opportunity:

  • Provide operational support services such as account opening, contribution, transfer and withdrawal for the MPF retirement plan business of HSBC/Hang Seng Hong Kong corporate employers and employees.
  • Process a certain number of customer instructions within the specified service time. Comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the Hong Kong MPFA, and closely follow the company's procedures to monitor the work process.
  • Establish and maintain good customer relationship and improve customer service quality.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Continuously provide high quality Hong Kong MPF / Provident Fund administrative services to achieve maximum client satisfaction within the specific scope defined by the PLA.
  • Acquire updated program, workflow and product knowledge and apply it independently to daily work.
  • Process internal and external client requests and ensure they meet internal service standards and external compliance requirements.
  • Identify and report common or infrequent fraud/error/irregular transactions and may make follow-up recommendations beyond their authority.
  • Build positive relationships with peers, participate in team meetings/events, and promote teamwork.
Requisitos

What you will need to succeed in the role:

  • College degree or above.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Have good English reading and writing skills.
  • Able to arrange multiple daily tasks reasonably, deal with various problems in time and ensure accuracy.
  • Flexibility in shift work.
