Customer Value Management is vital in maintaining HSBC’s position as a provider of world-class wealth and personal banking solutions, directing business development with a focus on customers. The team works to ensure the most appropriate pricing, products and promotions are directed to the most relevant customers, concentrating on building value, treating customers fairly and creating a superb customer experience.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a GBA Propositions Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Formulate overall GBA strategy within WPB and develop GBA/ Wealth Management Connect value proposition
  • Design Wealth Management Connect campaign and monitor the execution in order to achieve business target
  • Support GBA propositions via pan China collaboration with HBCN and GBA teams to support customer acquisitions and deepening via effective proposition, product and service offerings, journey and process enhancements, and customer experience improvements for Chinese customers onshore and offshore
  • Support GBA customer acquisitions and deepening via effective proposition, product and service offerings, journey and process enhancements, and customer experience improvements across CLCM
  • Achieve COP and FRP target by delivering all strategic CLCM initiatives according to plan with strong customer centricity at heart
  • Work closely and build strong relationships with Wealth Management Connect partnership in order to improve collaboration in order to drive Wealth Management Connect customer growth KPI’s, expand productivity and increase sales
  • Liaise and work in collaboration with various key stakeholders including Propositions, Marketing, Risk, Legal and Compliance, Expat team, and other corridor representatives to ensure business growth is delivered in line with the Group strategic direction
Requisitos
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant qualifications, working experience with GBA or Greater China is an advantage
  • Minimum of 8 years' retail banking experience
  • Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Strong self-motivation and positive attitude with good project management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to bring divergent ideas to create new and valuable solutions
  • Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
  • Resilience to stress, able to unlock full potential and prepare for the future of work
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, good at Mandarin speaker is an advantage
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
