Securities Services Operations is split into 3 product functions, Custody (Direct Custody and Clearing, Global Custody, Securities Lending and Treasury services), Funds Services and Global Distribution and Transfer Agency. Operation is managed globally at a product function and regionally across all products (refer to org chart for management structure).

The Opportunity:
The role is for Global Custody Cash Dublin.
Global Custody is a Financial service that includes safekeeping of securities certificates issued in markets across the world, the collection of dividends, dealing with tax, valuation of investments, foreign exchange, cash management, the settlement of transactions, corporate actions, securities lending-borrowing and collateral management.
The selected candidate will join the team who supports cash, FX and trades processing.
What you’ll do:
- The GC Cash Dublin AMO is responsible for the following:
- To monitor client cash account ensuring the available funds are in place to support the process of our client instructions for payments and trade funding support.
- Processing internal & external payments that includes Redemptions, Subscriptions and Invoices
- FX Processing and cross currency payments and sweepbacks
- Attending to queries, payment issues and requests for payment instructions for reconciliations as well as processing of returned and unapplied funds
- Processing manual and amended trades for Dublin clients

What you will need to succeed in the role:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma or above in a related subject
- Requires strong numeric and analytical skills.
- Must possess and excellent command of English.
- Willing to work non-standard Asian hours (UK and US hours)
- Any training or experience related to cash and fx and trade transactions.
