Some careers shine brighter than others.
If you’re looking for a career that will help you stand out, join HSBC, and fulfil your potential. Whether you want a career that could take you to the top, or simply take you in an exciting new direction, HSBC offers opportunities, support and rewards that will take you further.

Your career opportunity
You’ll support remediation activity across BCIM and Third Party Management by coordinating workshops, capturing outcomes, and translating findings into clear recommendations and deliverables. You’ll bring strong BA discipline—structured analysis, crisp documentation, and action tracking—to help workstream leads drive closure of gaps efficiently and consistently.

What you’ll do
  • Plan, set up and coordinate remediation workshops (agenda, pre-reads, attendee management, logistics) across global stakeholders.
  • Capture and document workshop outputs: decisions, actions, owners, timelines, and key dependencies.
  • Maintain action tracking and workflow management to ensure follow-through, escalation and timely closure.
  • Analyse findings (e.g., control gaps, process weaknesses, evidence shortfalls) and summarise them into clear problem statements and recommendations.
  • Produce concise written outputs: minutes, outcome summaries, remediation logs, and stakeholder updates.
  • Support requirements and deliverables definition where needed (user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements catalogue) to enable implementation.
  • Create and maintain artefacts such as stakeholder maps, scope statements, and traceability between findings, actions and outcomes.
  • Contribute to process design and continuous improvement activities (as-is/to-be mapping, simplification, standardisation) where the remediation requires process change.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
  • Strong Business Analysis capability: structured thinking, clear documentation, and the ability to turn discussion into actionable outputs.
  • Experience supporting workshops end-to-end, including coordination, facilitation support, and high-quality capture of outcomes.
  • Strong organisation and workflow management skills, with disciplined action tracking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse and summarise complex information into simple, decision-ready findings and recommendations.
  • Confident communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Process design / continuous improvement knowledge (as-is/to-be mapping, identifying root causes) is beneficial.
  • BCIM and/or TPM knowledge is preferred but not essential; willingness and ability to learn quickly is key.
  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment with a strong risk and control mindset, balancing pace with quality.
