Your career opportunity
We are on a mission to claim a title of most innovative Data Quality (DQ) team in HSBC and need your top skills to achieve this.
This role is part of bigger data refinery and focus on assessing and improving data quality of key internal systems in the company. You will work on auto DQ rules prediction and implementation, issue root cause investigations and driving remediation campaigns. 
You will need to be able to effectively communicate with people from various other departments as well as efficiently use our Google Cloud Platform and available tools: BigQuery, Vertex AI (Auto ML), Looker Studio and Python.

What you’ll do
Collaborating with data owners, data engineers and business users to define data quality requirements and standards.
Developing and automating data quality rules and checks using Google Cloud Platform tools.
Investigate data quality findings and propose remediation activities.
Perform ad-hoc data quality analysis and impact assessments.
Analyse, interpret trends, find patterns in complex data sets.
Proactively identify and solve problems.
Support assigned projects, including facilitating discussion and monitoring progress.
Communicating data quality findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
Minimum 3 years’ experience of working in data-related role (tech business analyst, data management/modelling, data analyst).
Experience with Google Cloud Platform Products (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Looker Studio) or similar.
Python is welcome as optional for ad-hoc projects.
Advanced analytical, mathematical and creative problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to interpret large data sets, articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language to support problem analysis/solving.
Advanced listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

What we offer

The pay range for this role is 11.000 PLN – 15.200 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
