HSBC Service Delivery (Polska) Sp. z o.o., part of HSBC Holdings plc, is looking for a Delivery Enablement Manager (PMO) to join HSBC UK Portfolio Value Management (PVM).
UK Portfolio Value Management (PVM) is a dedicated team that helps shape and implement strategic change for HSBC UK. Combining our change expertise and experience with our HSBC knowledge and network, we work hand in hand with our change execution and delivery partners to implement the important changes needed to achieve HSBC’s aim: to be the world’s leading international bank.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work within the HSBC UK PVM team, helping to develop and implement a Target Operating Model and Ways of Working across UK Value Streams. You’ll support our ambition to be a Trusted Partner, enabling delivery of the HBUK strategy through key change outcomes that benefit both the business and our customers.

What you’ll do
- Demonstrate working knowledge of the HSBC Change Framework, ensuring compliance is adhered to by Value Stream (VS) and Sub-Value Stream (SVS) / Programme.
- Execute global PMO processes; collaborate with and influence stakeholders; execute change management activities.
- Support the PMO function in transformation to Agile ways of working.
- Track, review and control (Sub) Value Stream progress, ensuring delivery of declared Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and business value within budget; anticipate risks/blockers, support mitigations, and escalate as appropriate.
- Support leadership in PI Planning, SVS budget control, and the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process.
- Assist with benefits tracking and drive SVS/VS control and quality assurance activities through the full lifecycle, including closure.
- Be actively engage in VS/SVS resource management; support onboarding of new team members and help build understanding of VS/SVS context, stakeholder management, and wider Value Stream goals.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in programme/project management role on complex projects across countries or regions,
- Understanding the management of Programmes and Projects in an Agile way; including working knowledge of Jira and Confluence, PMO processes and best practice techniques,
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to work independently and proactively,
- Experience with running meetings in English over video or teleconference,
- Experience in leading a PMO unit would be an asset,
- Experience in working with Jira, Confluence and Clarity preferred
- SAFe Agilist, MoP, PMP, Prince2 training or certification is an advantage.
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 14308 PLN - 21458 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
