HSBC Service Delivery (Polska) Sp. z o.o., part of HSBC Holdings plc, is looking for a Delivery Enablement Manager (Business Manager) to join UK Change Execution & Performance.
The Business Manager will support the effective running of the transformation hub, ensuring strong business management, governance, planning, reporting, financial oversight, and people coordination across the team. The role acts as a trusted partner to the Hub Lead, helping manage day-to-day priorities, leadership routines, stakeholder engagement, and execution of the wider transformation agenda. This role is expected to scale over time, expanding to provide broader Value Stream/Sub-Value Stream (VS/SVS) support in the future.
This role is ideal for a creative and curious colleague who is comfortable operating in an evolving environment, possesses strong business management, communication skills, PMO, and organisational skills, and can operate confidently within a complex global matrix. The successful candidate will help drive operational discipline across the hub, improve ways of working, support delivery governance, and enhance both colleague and stakeholder experience.

What you’ll do
    • Track progress against department priorities and budget commitments; identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate where needed,
    • Coordinate and support day-to-day hub priorities
    • Prepare high-quality management information, presentations, reports, and executive updates for department stakeholders,
    • Support budget management processes, including forecasting, headcount tracking, cost oversight
    • Support leadership with reviews, audit and control actions, and remediation tracking where required
    • Support onboarding of new team members,
    • Foster clear communication across the team and other functions,
    • Help improve operating effectiveness by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen management routines, and embed better ways of working.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
    • At least +5 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in Business Support or a comparable role,
    • Understanding the management of Programmes and Projects in an Agile way; including working knowledge of Jira and Confluence, PMO processes and best practice techniques,
    • Experience working within Value Streams and/or a strong understanding of the UK market, with proven programme/project management experience preferred,
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate, challenge constructively, and influence across teams, highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment,
    • Confidence in facilitating meetings, coordinating actions, and driving accountability across stakeholders.
    • Experience with management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Clarity, Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting/dashboard tools, knowledge of the HSBC Change Framework preferred,
    • SAFe Agilist, MoP, PMP, Prince2 training or certification is an advantage.

What we offer
The pay range for this role is 15109 PLN - 19000 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
