Your career opportunity
You’ll lead PMO and analysis support for IT tooling and data initiatives, shaping business needs into clear requirements and solution designs while keeping delivery tightly governed. This is a hands-on role for an experienced practitioner who can steer stakeholders, drive decisions, and bring structure to complex change—particularly where data, controls and technology delivery intersect. Experience in technology solution design, AI use case development and continuous improvement is preferred.
What you’ll do
- Own workstream PMO governance: delivery cadence, plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID, and senior-ready reporting.
- Lead requirements definition and translation for IT tooling and data needs, ensuring clarity, completeness and testability.
- Facilitate workshops with business, Technology and Data stakeholders to agree problem statements, scope, priorities and outcomes.
- Produce and assure key artefacts: stakeholder maps, workshop outputs, requirements catalogue, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support solution design by documenting target state process/data flows, integrations, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Drive alignment across teams on delivery sequencing, resourcing assumptions, and decision points; unblock issues through escalation and options.
- Identify and shape automation/AI opportunities; support AI use case development (value case, feasibility, data readiness, controls, measures).
- Apply continuous improvement methods (Lean/Six Sigma) to simplify processes, improve data quality, and reduce operational friction.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Strong experience combining PMO discipline with Business Analysis delivery in complex, regulated environments.
- Proven capability in IT tooling and/or data change initiatives, working effectively with Technology delivery teams and business SMEs.
- Technology solution design experience preferred (e.g., target state design, integration touchpoints, data flows/lineage, NFRs).
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, including confidence engaging senior stakeholders and driving decisioning.
- Ability to create high-quality, structured requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, catalogues) with end-to-end traceability.
- Strong analytical skills: able to simplify complex problems, assess options, and present clear recommendations.
- Continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) experience preferred, with evidence of practical application and measurable outcomes.
- AI use case development experience preferred, including defining success metrics and considering risk, control and data governance needs.
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 21,250 PLN – 31,880 PLN (monthly, gross).
Additional car allowance in the amount of 4,786 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
