Activities that involve Manual & Semi-automated Payments, Bills, etc. would fall under this job role.
The purpose is to continuously provide high quality processing service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction within the specified Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
What you’ll do
- Processing (input, control, monitoring, and approval) of payment orders from HSBC customers: outgoing/incoming, domestic/international, return of funds, cover matching management, etc.
- Authorization seeking with branch concerning: account restrictions, liquidity availabilities, signature verification High Risk Countries, etc.
- Updating the procedures/manuals – upon Team Leader / Manager request.
- Co-operation in solving all complaints issues connected to payment activities.
- Replying on Interface emails and requests.
- Providing support for other teams in Department when required.
- Regular monitoring of queues and assigning team members to tasks accordingly.
- Timely escalation of all technical problems or incidents and monitor of team’s generic mailbox.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Payments or Finance experience and knowledge.
- Commercial orientation combined with customer driver approach.
- At least communicative English (B2), another language as an asset.
- Analytical reasoning capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work within international environment as well as under time pressure.
- Working in shifts (between 8:00 till 18:00).
- Willingness to be working based on business calendar (the process requires the delivery of services during Polish holidays).
- Willingness to support weekend testing if needed (in case of system changes requiring the PVT test).

The pay range for this role is 7225 PLN – 8500 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
