HSBC’s end-to-end Securities Services: make it easier for our customers to navigate today’s international financial markets. From Krakow, we support the entire securities life cycle on every single step.

What you’ll do
Responsible for accurate securities processing including reconciliations, cancellations and controls,
Ensuring efficient communications with Business Partner and other stakeholders.
Allocating and supervising daily work among the Team and Acting as Manager’s/Team Leader’s deputy in absence.
Supporting less experience colleagues by providing advice in more complex tasks and providing proces trainings and coaching aimed for proper knowledge-level maintenance (including planning and supervising New Joiners training).
Performing complex control checks and quality control for the Team- providing quality workshops and quality coaching.
Analyzing KPIs and performance reports received from BP.
Constant process monitoring and identifying improvement opportunities.
Representing the Team to a broader audience.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
At least 3 years of professional experience working in Asset Servicing.
Excellent English language skills B2/C1, German would be an advantage.
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage several applications.
Ability to work under time pressure.
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent work organization skills.
Strong teamwork skills.

What we offer
The pay range for this role is 6242 PLN - 8700 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
