The Chief of Staff Office is small team that provide support to the Group Chief Risk & Compliance Officer (GCRCO) The team serve as a key liaison between senior executives, while contributing to the committed outcomes of the function and businesses.
The role is accountable for group governance, on behalf of the GCRCO, and works closely with Corporate Governance and Secretary to ensure an efficient and simplified governance frameworks are in place and operating effectively.
What you’ll do
- Plan, co-ordinate and review governance submissions for the Group Risk Management Meeting.
- Track, coordinate and support (via briefing notes) GCRCO attendance at other Executive and non-Executive Board level governance meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with Senior Stakeholders within Risk and Compliance as well as other areas of the organisation.
- Review and challenge submissions to governance forums to ensure quality, consistency and alignment with standards.
- Take the lead on tracking of actions, agenda items and other governance administration, ensuring items are completed accurately and within a timely manner.
- Support the rollout of governance initiatives across the Group.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Strong knowledge of Risk Management and Risk Governance as well as good working experience of One or more Risk types for this role is essential.
- A Resilient individual that is able to build relationships with Senior Stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail is essential for this role.
- The ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders across the three lines of defence.
- Exceptional written communication skills are very important, including experience of preparing Board level report.
- Ability to distil complex information into clear, executive-level briefing.
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 20716 PLN - 30000 PLN (monthly, gross).
Additional car allowance in the amount of 4,620 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
