Your career opportunity
The Senior Manager Regulatory Compliance, Infrastructure Functions and Employee Compliance, is responsible for providing risk steward oversight for the designated infrastructure functions and Employee Compliance, including the oversight on the regulatory registrations (entity licensing and UK individual registrations) within the jobholder's remit. The role holder will report into the Global Head of Regulatory Compliance, Infrastructure Functions and Employee Compliance.

What you’ll do
    • Pro-actively provide risk steward oversight on the designated infrastructure functions.
    • Support the oversight of regulatory registrations (entity licensing and UK individual registrations) within the jobholder’s remit.
    • Provide support on the review and challenge of Employee Compliance systems and processes.
    • Provide policy advice on Regulatory Compliance policies, procedures and guidance.
    • Stay abreast of regulatory developments and ensure there is proactive engagement across the relevant infrastructure functions to develop appropriate and proportionate risk management.
    • Provide effective input and monitoring of Internal Audit and Assurance reviews within the jobholder’s remit, and manage the timely completion of any relevant actions and management self-identified issues.
    • Monitor and track progress of various Regulatory Compliance initiatives relating to the designated infrastructure functions.
    • Interact with key stakeholders, including Regulatory Compliance teams, at Group level, UK entities, and at regional level. Working collaboratively with other Regulatory Compliance teams, and more broadly across Risk and Compliance, to drive and execute change.
    • Support the Global Head of Regulatory Compliance, Infrastructure Functions and Employee Compliance, in the delivery of the relevant Regulatory Compliance objectives; provide relevant oversight to the relevant infrastructure functions governance forums and discussion papers/packs.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
    • Experience in a Regulatory Compliance and/or governance/risk/control type role and have in-depth understanding of risk management and controls.
    • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with experience of dealing with a variety of internal stakeholders, including the ability to support decisions with sound reasoning and clear articulation.
    • Ability to influence with strong stakeholder management skills.
    • Sound knowledge of the Group’s businesses and infrastructure functions structure.
    • Experience of working within a matrix hierarchy organization.
    • Highly motivated and dynamic self-starter, working collaboratively within teams, delivering on time with strong inter-personal skills.

What we offer
The pay range for this role is 19 300 PLN - 28 900 PLN (monthly, gross).
Additional car allowance in the amount of 4 786 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
