The Delivery Enablement Lead is part of the Value Stream / Delivery PMO team of the IWPB Change Portfolio
The activities of the Delivery Enablement Lead are broadly centralized around Governance, Assurance, Reporting, Value Stream Investment Management and Change Management. This role will act as a source of guidance in supporting the Value Stream Leads for making strategic decisions. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to the HSBC Change Framework, using the standard portfolio management tools aligned to the groups Strategic Tooling Spine such as Clarity, JIRA, Rally, and working closely with their colleagues in the GPB and iWPB Transformation teams.
What you’ll do
• Governance and Framework Compliance: Ensure adherence to HSBC’s Change Framework by establishing and maintaining governance for Value Streams (VS) and Sub-Value Streams (SVS), while supporting programme and project teams.• Programme Management and Assurance: Oversee Value Streams and Sub-Value Streams progress, ensuring alignment with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and business value. Identify risks, blockers, and thematic issues, escalating and mitigating them as required.• Financial Oversight and Reporting: Manage portfolio financials, including budgets, investment tollgates, and benefits realization, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer outcomes. Working hand in hand with the Sub Value Stream leadership, in Annual planning and change process related activities• Agile Transformation and Continuous Improvement: Drive the transition to Agile ways of working, maintain continuous improvement plans, and lead change management activities to enhance delivery effectiveness.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop and implement effective communication strategies, coordinate between stakeholders for progress reviews, and prepare materials for key ceremonies such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).• Tooling and Automation Expertise: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for portfolio management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity, driving automation and ensuring efficient tool usage.• Team Leadership and Development: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, coach team members, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and cross-site collaboration.• Resource Planning and Onboarding: Support resource management, including skill mapping, onboarding new team members, and aligning resources to Value Stream goals.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
• Extensive programme or project management experience in complex, multi-country initiatives in banking environment. Proven experience in Agile project delivery is essential.• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Project Management Office (PMO) processes, Portfolio Management, tools (JIRA, Confluence, Clarity), reporting standards, and financial management, including budget tracking and benefits realization.• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders, and effectively run meetings and presentations in English.• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to coach and lead teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment while driving continuous improvement initiatives.• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a big-picture approach to anticipate risks, resolve issues, and manage workloads proactively and independently.• Agile and Change Management Expertise: Experience in managing programmes and projects in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of change management principles.• Extensive experience in PMO roles, focusing on delivery assurance, RAID management, thematic risk reviews, and resource planning.• Certifications (Preferred): Certifications in Agile (SAFe Agilist) or project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, MoP) are an advantage.
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 19175 PLN - 24000 PLN (monthly, gross).
Additional car allowance in the amount of 4,620 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
