We are looking for a highly motivated associate to join our Global Network Banking Team in Istanbul supporting relationships with multinational clients and international corridors.

This role offers the opportunity to work with leading multinational corporates, partnering with clients on their strategic growth ambitions while delivering the full breadth of HSBC’s Global Network Banking solutions.

As GNB Associate, you will support the management and growth of a portfolio of multinational clients working closely with Relationship Managers, product teams and regional and global coverage teams to deliver integrated banking solutions to multinational clients. You will gain exposure to lending, working capital, cash management, trade finance, treasury solutions and broader Corporate Banking products while supporting strategic client relationships and transaction execution.

• The Global Network Banking(GNB) manages HSBC’s relationships with multinational clients globally .

• Manage the assigned client portfolio and work closely with products (GTS, GPS, MSS) and HSBC Group offices to help clients leverage HSBC’s Global network.

• Understand client needs and provide suitable products and services solutions, supporting healthy growth of the HBTR client base through HSBC’s global network and driving revenue growth via needs- based sales.

• Ensure the quality of credit portfolio is maintained in line with Group standards, protect the Bank from potential losses, uphold Group credit standards, preserve portfolio quality, maintain a high level of compliance, and minimize operational and credit risks.

• Operate in accordance with HSBC Global standards and Risk policies, ensuring these principles are embedded throughout client Management activities.

• Work closely with GNB RMs to coordinate client relationship Management activities with relevant stakeholders across HBTR and Group offices.

• Support the development of long-term international client relationships by implementing effective marketing and relationship Management strategies and delivering tailored solutions through product teams while balancing profitability and risk Management objectives.

• Provide support to the GNB RMs across all of the responsibilities outlined above.
