• Driving operational excellence and efficiency by optimising our processes and delivering the transition to net zero in our own operations.  

• Enabling business growth exceptional service by enabling our businesses to focus on our competitive advantage and deliver transformation and digitisation across the bank. 

 

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

 

In this role, you will: 

- Ensuring the teams deliver in line with demand statements.

- Planning and prioritisation of day to day processing across teams.

- Establishing targets for a number of teams to meet overall goals in Production Quality and Financial Performance.

- Implementation of change programmes as directed by the Functional Manager.

- Developing and/or implementing Operating Procedures in accordance with the Business Services Operating Model; highlighting any local procedures.

- Monitoring centres / branches resource, performance and productivity to ensure payments being processed accurately and without customer complaint/ defects.

 

Requisitos

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Has rich knowledge and experience in overall payment process management and people management.

 - With excellent leadership capability, project management experience, and good risk governance mindset.

 - Be able to work under pressure with very positive attitude.

 - Be independent to solve problems and prioritize tasks with logical capability.

 - Be a good team player, has outstanding communication skills and collaboration ability.

 - Has at least 4 years in banking/finance areas and exposure in payment process or relevant areas.

 - Bachelor's degree or above, and fluent written/oral English
