We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Head of AMH Finance.

This high-impact role reports directly to the Hong Kong CFO and will partner frequently with senior leadership including the CEO, Strategy leads, and regional top management to support performance management and the achievement of business growth. The role holder will deputise for the CFO in key management meetings and engagement where appropriate, including at external industry events and engagements.

They will also engage with CIB on priority franchise Banking clients performance analysis in order to bring consolidated insights to the Hong Kong CEO

Key near-term focus will include improving the quality of our communication on the Wealth strategy across all components of the value chain (distribution and manufacturing)
- Treasury & Business Line Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the Regional (HBAP) Treasury function and various business lines to align financial strategies with operational goals. Near-term goals will include the development client level-returns framework for the HKB, working in close collaboration with all business line teams and treasury, and challenging CIB and IWPB returns framework outcomes if they are found to be sub-optimal for the AMH business
- Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, risk management policies, and financial governance standards
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in finance within the banking or financial services sector
- Strong expertise in business analytics, forecasting, and financial modelling
- In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong banking market dynamics and the wider economy
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging CEOs, CFOs, and senior executives
