We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Head of Business Performance and MI.

• Verifying the accuracy of information for Group/Local reporting purposes
• Designing the contents of different management reports to suit for business needs / initiatives
• Ascertaining information needs of different level of management
• Establishing measurement bases for different business units, products
• Applying different financial analysis techniques for product / performance evaluation
• Planning and scheduling ahead the work and training need of subordinates
• Establishing service standards
• Motivating and mobilizing the staff to perform as required
• Leading enhancement projects for Group/Local initiatives, such as new reporting requirement, implementation of new systems, change in business needs, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial management, Economics or related disciplines,
• Minimum 10 years’ financial accounting experience, preferably in foreign banks
• Sound knowledge of NFRC/PBOC regulations, tax rules and international and local accounting standards
• Excellent management skills in leading and monitoring his/her teams to drive for high performance
• Skill ability of analysis and problem solving
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC applications software
• Good communication skills, self-motivated and ability to work independently and withstand pressure
